Basic Requirements

  • Project Management certification is a MUST with a proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful project throughout its lifecycle.
  • Minimum of 1 year of project management experience in a remote company.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., Plutio, Asana, Trello, MS Project, etc).
  • Strong understanding of financial and budgeting processes.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Experience in working with remote teams and using remote communication tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Skype, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to handle complex projects with multiple stakeholders and moving parts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to address challenges creatively and effectively.
  • Proficient in managing time efficiently and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Alignment with the company’s values and culture.
  • DSL internet connection of at least 20 Mbps and a backup
  • Must have own working station at home free from any background noises
  • Familiarity with Google applications, remote project management tools & platforms, ‌etc

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals.
  • Coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
  • Manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets.
  • Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
  • Provide leadership, motivation, direction, and support to the project team.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss project updates, iterations, and modifications.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Implement and oversee quality assurance protocols.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Analyze and resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Make effective decisions to keep the project on track.
  • Conduct project review and create a detailed report upon project completion.
  • Identify and implement improvements in project scopes and processes.
  • Pursue ongoing education and training in project management.
  • Stay informed about new project management tools and best practices.
