Basic Requirements
- Project Management certification is a MUST with a proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful project throughout its lifecycle.
- Minimum of 1 year of project management experience in a remote company.
- Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., Plutio, Asana, Trello, MS Project, etc).
- Strong understanding of financial and budgeting processes.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Experience in working with remote teams and using remote communication tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Skype, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to handle complex projects with multiple stakeholders and moving parts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to address challenges creatively and effectively.
- Proficient in managing time efficiently and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Alignment with the company’s values and culture.
- DSL internet connection of at least 20 Mbps and a backup
- Must have own working station at home free from any background noises
- Familiarity with Google applications, remote project management tools & platforms, etc
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals.
- Coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
- Manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
- Prepare and manage project budgets.
- Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
- Provide leadership, motivation, direction, and support to the project team.
- Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss project updates, iterations, and modifications.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Implement and oversee quality assurance protocols.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Analyze and resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Make effective decisions to keep the project on track.
- Conduct project review and create a detailed report upon project completion.
- Identify and implement improvements in project scopes and processes.
- Pursue ongoing education and training in project management.
- Stay informed about new project management tools and best practices.
