About the job Sales Development Representative
(HOME-BASED | FULL-TIME | basic + commissions)
Basic Requirements:
- Background in any B2B lead generation campaigns particularly prospecting, cold email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, cold/warm calling, Upwork applications, CRM Management, Lead Nurturing, and Appointment Setting for any international B2B brands.
- Desktop/Laptop (Minimum i3 or equivalent specs)
- DSL internet connection of at least 20Mbps and a backup.
- Must have own working station at home free from any background noises
- Attention to detail and can follow instructions.
- Familiarity with Google applications, prospecting tools, copywriting tools, AI, and online CRMs.
- Good to great communication skills in English (verbal & written)
- Available to work full-time, graveyard shifts or shifting schedules, and can do OTs when necessary.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Your job is to generate qualified B2B appointments for the Sales Manager by conducting daily email prospecting, cold email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, 20% cold/warm calling, Upwork applications, CRM management, Lead Nurturing, and Appointment Setting campaigns for SalezGen.
- Send daily reports to your Manager.
- Collaborate with the team during optimizations and share best practices.
- Identify and research potential clients and decision-makers within target industries.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving market dynamics.
