About the job Part-Time HR Assistant
Qualifications
- Must have 1 year solid work experience in HR and recruitment for any international brands.
- Experience in working with remote teams and using remote communication tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Skype, etc.).
- Perfect English is a must
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to address challenges creatively and effectively.
- Proficient in managing time efficiently and meeting deadlines.
- Must have own working station at home free from any background noises
- Desktop/Laptop (Minimum i3 or equivalent specs)
- DSL internet connection of at least 20Mbps.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify staffing needs based on business requirements.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and coordinate the hiring process.
- Design and implement onboarding programs to integrate new employees into the company culture.
- Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
